Online workshop series and workbook
Five sessions for 6-12 people to work through the key concepts and methods and how they apply to your context. £1495 per seat, discounts for 8+.
Workbook only
I can also supply the workbook of concepts and methods to a wider range of staff as self-paced learning alongside in person workshops. £99 per seat, additional customisation on request. Discounts for bulk purchases.
In person half or one day workshops
Workshops for 10-30 people to explore applying concepts and methods to your context. £1495 half day, £1995 full day. Example workshops:
Product market-fit: understand the four dimensions of product-market fit and diagnose which stage you’re at and what you need to focus on next.
Product model diagnosis: understand where your organisation is on the journey towards adopting a product mindset and what you need to do next.
Product discovery: understand product discovery for learning by building an Opportunity Solution tree starting with an objective, organising insights, prioritisation, brainstorming solutions and designing minimum viable tests.
Product metrics: understand the signals that will help you understand if you are being successful at different stages. Define your North Star and input/output metrics.
Individual/co-founder coaching
I also coach individual product leaders, founders or those leading transformation one-to-one or in pairs.
Typically, we have a discovery call and then agree a package of sessions to work towards an agreed goal on a cadence that make works for you.
